Enrique has over 25 years of experience as lawyer and represents companies of the manufacturing industry in Mexico operating under export programs (MAQUILADORAS -IMMEX-, PROSEC Programs and others), including advisory and assistance on optimization of operations, such as: certifications for VAT purposes, Rule Eight License, Authorized Economic Operator -AEO-; legal assistance on verifications of origin, customs and tax audit proceedings, Free Trade Agreements counseling (USMCA, EUFTA, EFTA, FTA-JAPAN, TPP11, Central and South America FTAs, etc.), including WTO regulations; Antidumping practices, elusion and special procedures, import permits, quotas, sanitary regulations, official standards; complex litigation in commercial, foreign trade and customs matters, administrative proceedings, representation before Federal Court of Tax and Administrative Justice; trademarks and patents, registration and protection of corporate values.
