ANTI-DUMPING DUTIES AND PRICE UNDERTAKINGS REVIEW ON IMPORTS OF CERAMIC TILES FOR WALLS AND FLOORS

On October 7, 2021, the Mexican Ministry of Economy published in the Federal Official Gazette an order to open an administrative investigation -sunset review- of antidumping duties and price undertakings on imports into Mexico of ceramic tiles for walls and floors originating from China and classified under the tariff items 6907.21.02, 6907.22.02, 6907.23.02, 6907.30.01 and 6907.40.01 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule.

 

According to the announcement, the period for the investigation is form July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 and for purposes of analysis of injury July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2021.

 

Importers, producers, exporters, foreign entities or any other party having an interest in this investigation are entitled to present arguments and evidence within the following 28 business days using the prescribed forms.
