Healthcare Technical Guidelines for the re-opening of business and continuation of essential activities in Mexico.
As a result of the measures enforced due to the presence of virus COVID-19 on May 29, 2020 the Mexican Federal Government announced in the Federal Official Gazette a Decree establishing the Healthcare Technical Guidelines for the business re-opening or continuation of essential activities.
The application of measures comprised by the Healthcare Technical Guidelines is mandatory for essential and non-essential businesses. For practical purposes, essential businesses only are deemed to comply with an online self-assessment mechanism, however, non-essential business are authorized to use the same mechanism voluntarily.
Please note that as of June 1, all non-essential businesses and activities would have to attend the subsequent announcements from the Government to re-open activities according to the scale of the spread of virus COVID-19.
Healthcare Technical Guidelines are in full force as of May 29, 2020.
