Elimination of antidumping duties to steel plate originating from China and carbon steel pipes originating from UK.
On December 4, 2020, the Mexican Ministry of Economy published in the Federal Official Gazette a final resolution declaring the expiration of the 33.98% antidumping duty imposed to imports of steel plate originating from China, classified under the tariff items 7208.51.01, 7208.51.02, 7208.51.03, 7208.52.01, 7225.40.01 and 7225.40.02 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule.
Likewise, it was announced the elimination of the 5.91% antidumping duty imposed to imports of steel pipes originating from United Kingdom, classified under the tariff item 7305.11.01 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule.
The elimination of these antidumping duties will enter into in full force as of today.
